…and the Devman is ecstatic, for the faithful and talented Danielle Bean sent me an email reply to the message I had sent her a few days ago! When I saw an email from her in my inbox, I did a double-take because I could hardly believe it. I didn’t ask her if I could quote her, but in her charity I don’t think she would mind. She told me: “I think your blog is terrific!”. (I’m beaming from this compliment (and then of course thanking God)).

That makes at least two very faithful and wonderful Catholic women who like St. Joseph’s Vanguard: My mom and Danielle Bean–and better company I daresay you could not find!

Lest I say anything too foolish and Mrs. Bean returns and regrets she ever sent me an email, I bid you farewell. However, I hereby declare that the Vanguard is henceforth and forever at the service of the Bean family, should they ever need it, in the spirit of the noble auspices of Sir Didymus and Ambrosia.
