In answer to requests, here’s the easy cobbler recipe that I used for Sunday’s brunch. It takes about 40-50 minutes total, preparation and baking time. Okay :) :
 
Preheat oven to 350
 
Melt in the baking dish:
 1/2 C. butter
 
Place in baking dish with melted butter:
2 C. fruit (if fruit is fresh, it’s best to sprinkle a sweetner over it; cinnamon, also, adds a nice flavor)
 
Mix and stir until slightly lumpy, then pour over fruit in baking pan:
1 C. flour
2 t. baking powder
pinch salt
3/4 C. milk
 
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned on top and batter fully cooked.
