St. Therese’s feastday falls on a Sunday today and so is not celebrated, but of course we still asked her to prayer for us. Katie leaves out tomorrow for New Mexico, and I will follow on Thursday morning–it’s going to be hard to concentrate on my work this week, to say the least.

Katie and I have prepared for each other for many long years, and God, who is rich in mercy, was with us all the while, working in our hearts, moving people, Heaven, and earth, to unite us as one in marriage. For better, forever! We humbly and faithfully accept this holy call from Jesus Christ!
