As I mentioned a few weeks ago, Katie and I saw the movie, Bella, during the YFE, and we can’t recommend it enough.
A waitress gets pregnant by a man who doesn’t care for her; the cook in the restaurant where she works spends a day with her as she struggles with what she has planned to do about her pregnancy; they spend an afternoon and evening with his typically Mexican–in all the good and some of the bad ways)–family.
That’s most of the movie, which is part of its charm and beauty; so much more is going on, but you have to see the movie yourself to appreciate it.
Check out some of the trailers here.
