USCCB seems to have a lot of "unclear" documents, like faithful citizenship, that allow Bishops to interpret them differently or hide behind them being "unclear" so they dont have to be enforced. but i dont see how this particular document was unclear, and Bishop D'Arcy seemed to be very clear that he was defied by Jenkins and Bp. D'Arcy did not think the document was unclear. ill just pray harder for more clear, enforceable documents from USCCB in the future. Come Holy Spirit, give our Bishops wisdom and courage during the remainder of their meeting and as they shepherd us.... man that is SO frustrating!
