Last Thursday I gave a talk at my parish covering arguments for the Catholic Church from faith and 
reason. The topic was the sacrament of Holy Orders, the doctrine of Apostolic Succession, and how they are both critical to the Catholic Church.
I cover the fundamentals of these doctrines as well as why Protestants reject them (and why the Orthodox accept them), and what the implications of this rejection are for Protestantism.
